The purpose of this program is to allow frail seniors and adults living with HIV/AIDS to continue to live in their own homes as independently as possible. Services include personal care (help with bathing, dressing and toileting) and supervision by a team of personal support workers available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and escort services to medical appointments.
N.B.: This service is reserved for residents of Place Saint-Laurent. The services provided by the case manager and personal support workers do not include medical care.

Residents of Place Saint-Laurent 18 years of age and over living with HIV/AIDS
