The Rose Room at Centres d’Accueil Héritage has been equipped with five computers, thanks to ReBOOT Canada. The room now contains appropriate furniture (computer tables and chairs), it has been wired and an Internet subscription has been set up. An introductory computer course is offered to seniors Starting from scratch, our seniors can now:
- use the most important keys on the keyboard
- manipulate the mouse
- turn the computer on and off
- start a session
- do research on the Internet
- send and receive email
